Dora M. and Harry B. Heflin Scholarship

Established 1998 This scholarship fund was established by Dora and Harry B. Heflin. Dr. Heflin was President of Glenville State College from 1947 until 1964. One award is based upon academic promise and financial need and is restricted to graduates of Ritchie or Pleasants County. The other award is given to a current student at the end of his/her junior year, who returns as a senior. Preference is given to a student planning to do graduate work.
