Jeannie Moran Higginbotham Scholarship

Established 2019 The Jeannie Moran Higginbotham Scholarship was established by Mr. James Higginbotham in honor of his wife and her wonderful career as a special education teacher. This scholarship shall be awarded by the Teachers Education Department. The recipient must be a junior or senior majoring in Special Education and maintain a 3.0 GPA.
