Joel T. and Grace Marsh Creasy Scholarship

Established 1998 Joel T. and Grace Marsh Creasy graduated from Glenville State College in 1948 and 1954, respectively. This scholarship is to be awarded to students graduating from Richwood and Nicholas County High Schools.
