Brooks B. Callaghan Scholarship

Established 1985 This scholarship was established in memory of Brooks B. Callaghan to provide scholarships to GSU students. Mr. Callaghan was from Richwood and a 1942 graduate of Glenville Normal School. Applicants must be residents of Nicholas County. Scholarships are based on the applicant’s academic performance.
