Byron and Grace Elaine Moss Rinehart Scholarship

Established 2019 This scholarship was established by Mr. Bobby G. and Naomi Ruth Kuhl to honor Byron and Grace’s love for Glenville State. This scholarship shall be awarded to a student from West Virginia who is maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
