Coach Scott Stephens Scholarship

This scholarship has been established in honor of Kim Stephen’s father Coach Scott Stephens whose love for basketball and God was demonstrated through his motto 3G (Give God the Glory), and the dynasty he built as the girls basketball coach at Parkersburg South High School and assistant coach for the Lady Pioneers at Glenville State. Awardees will be selected based upon recommendations from the Women’s Basketball Head Coach and is a player on the Women’s Basketball team who meets the academic standards. The student will be asked to perform a random act of kindness in memory of Coach Scott and to describe their act in the required thank you letter to the Donor.
