Carlos Ratliff Physical Education Scholarship

Established 1998 This scholarship is named for Carlos C. Ratliff, teacher and coach at Glenville State College from 1946 until his death in 1962. This scholarship is presented to an outstanding athlete with academic standing and financial need.
