Claude R. and Ethel Foster Kemper Scholarship

Established 1998 This scholarship was established by Claude R. and Ethel Foster Kemper. It benefits at least two students each year. One student will be a graduate from Gilmer County High School and the other will be a graduate of Webster County High School. Kemper Scholarship awards are based upon academic promise and financial need.
